Through outpatient settings in Connellsville, Excela Health provides physical therapy through Barclay Rehabilitation, sleep studies and imaging at Connellsville Diagnostic Testing Center; laboratory service at its QuikDraw, and primary health care through the physician practices of Drs. Richard Conn and Richard Tiberio.
